What is PowToon?
PowToon
is a website that allows users to create animated videos and presentations.
Users can select from a variety of templates or create from scratch. PowToon
allows users to bring their presentations and videos to life by adding animated
characters and words. Users can set the duration of each animation and create
seamless flow from one idea to the next.
Since
PowToon is a presentation/video creation tool, it can be used for any content.
Teachers and students can use PowToon as an alternative to PowerPoint or Google
Slides, allowing for more personalization and animation.
Using PowToon in making my presentation is new to me. It is another way
of making my presentation very lively and accessible. I was very excited
because it is my first time. The first thing I did was to sign up for free and
then log in using my gmail account.
Here's how I created my presentation :)
Last thing I did was to publish my work in Youtube, but an unexpected error occured.
But still, I try and try and try and I didn't stop. Then I was surprised when I checked my Youtube channel.
I can say that my PowToon experience was very enjoyable,
although publishing it on Youtube made me nervous. It is also entertaining
because for me it is like playing a game. Lastly, PowToon taught me that
patience is really a virtue. Just keep on trying, and wait until you’ve got the
result that you want.
